From this 1967 photo from the Aesculapian Yearbook, courtesy of the Baylor College of Medicine Archives, a young doctor gets a nap before (or after?) a long day. Sometimes you take what you can get.

  1. In our western countries people taking a nap look like lazy or people having bad habits that make them not sleeping enough at night, they are judged in a bad way by their coworkers. But in many other countries, especially in Asia and Africa, people are having a short nap everyday after lunch and nobody judge them, it is a part of their culture. More over, the benefits of a short nap have been proved already. Well I feel a bit tired now, I go to have a 10min nap and feel like a newborn then !
